PROJECT501™

Terms of Service

Last updated 7 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use PROJECT501™ Founding Access ("PROJECT501"). By buying or using it, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. What you're buying

A personal license to view the PROJECT501 database: a curated, researched list of Filipino paid-media professionals, shown in a private members area at project501.co/members. You pay once and get ongoing access to the database and its updates for as long as PROJECT501 operates.

2. What you're not buying

3. Your responsibility

You decide who to contact and hire. Do your own due diligence: check references, past work, contracts and payment terms. Any agreement you make with a listed professional is between you and them. PROJECT501 isn't a party to it and takes no fee from it.

4. Accuracy

Information comes from public, professional sources and our own research at the time it was added. People change roles, prices, links and availability, so details can become outdated. We update the database over time but can't promise every entry is current or complete.

5. Your license key

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles card data and sales tax. PROJECT501 never sees or stores your card details. Refunds follow our Refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

The PROJECT501 name, the compilation, selection and organization of the database, the research notes and the website are owned by PROJECT501. Listed professionals' own names, brands and links belong to them.

8. Limitation of liability

PROJECT501 is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, PROJECT501 isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, work or results of any listed professional. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for PROJECT501.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can't be waived.
