Refund Policy

7-day refund if unused. You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as your license key hasn't been used to unlock the list.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your checkout email with your order number. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

After the list has been opened

Because PROJECT501 is a digital database that can be viewed and used immediately, purchases are final once your key has been used to unlock the list, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

Access problems

If you paid and can't get in, email us before requesting a refund. Access problems are almost always fixed the same day.

After a refund or chargeback

Your license key is disabled and the list will no longer open.
